Our lead times are 7-15 business days from date of order placed, at times sooner for standard non custom items. Custom orders may have longer lead times. Once your order is done processing and is shipped you will receive an updated email with the tracking number from Zarate Steel Works.
That's ok, you don't need to be signed up for PayPal to purchase one our items we accept credit/debits cards too. Once you are ready to checkout and are at the PayPal screen you will see a link under the PayPal button with the option to pay by credit/debit card.
Yes, custom orders start at a minimum amount and size. If you have a logo please email us your vectorized file. In order to provide a quote we will need additional details such as size, colors and if you don't have a file send a picture or drawing of your idea. Please email us for details and we will be happy to discuss your project!

Powder coating is a type of coating in a form of a powder that is electrostatically applied onto the metal then cured in high heat temperature. This process creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint and long-lasting which is very durable for indoor and outdoor elements.
Products may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 5 days of receipt. To return Product, you must e-mail Company at sales@zaratesteelworks.com to request a Return Authorization number. Upon review, Company will return the request via e-mail with a RMA number. Zarate Steel Works will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. Include with your return, your order number and RMA number. All goods must be returned in new or resalable condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders & custom colors are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all return orders.
Cancellations: All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Discretion to waive this fee must be communicated between Seller and Buyer.
